Refund Policy

In short: you can get a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once refunded, you agree to stop using the app.

1. Refund period

You can ask for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. How to ask for a refund

To ask for a refund, open the hackathon.fund app and go to About > Support. Include the email address you used to pay so we can find your purchase.

3. How you are refunded

Refunds are paid back to the payment method you used, through our payment gateway. How long the money takes to reach you depends on the payment gateway and your bank.

4. After a refund

When you receive a refund, your licence ends. By accepting the refund, you agree to stop using the app and to delete it from your computer.

5. Major version purchases

A future major release (version 2.0 or later) is a separate purchase, and the same 7-day refund period applies from the date you buy it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this website with a new "Last updated" date.
